Forum upgrade completed to latest version

You guys should not even notice, but the forum was updated to the latest version of PHPBB over the weekend. So far, from what I can see, the conversion has been painless. If you guys notice anything funny going on, please let us know, and we will address it. We have got a lot of the everyday business things up to date and improved.
