SNORE Midnight Special

Postby Fourstroker » Mon Jul 12, 2010 10:53 am

July 31st 7:00 PM - Ridgecrest

Anyone else gonna be racing or out spectating? Qualifying friday night in town and the race saturday night plus 20 miles of new track that has not been run by any sanctioning body. Should be fun.

May be there with a new Class 1 car, pending it's done in time.
Notorious BIG said it best, either you're slanging crack rock or you got a wicked jump shot. Nobody wants to work for it anymore.

Not mine, just a debut that may or may not happen. Waiting on the wiring harness for the new Kreger car..

You still heading out Ryan. The car is done and loaded. Headed out thursday night. Bummed the 12 car field is so small.

If V2R wasn't right around the corner I'd race it. I'm leaving early Friday morning and setting up Checkers main, should be next to the Kreger guys. I'll be at Tech most of the time, so I'm sure I'll run into you.

As usual good seeing you out there Ryan.

We ended up taking 2nd place about 5 minutes behind Bryan Freeman. A flat on the last lap was probably the difference for us. He had problems on the last lap too so who knows.

Not likely although I will probably be out there to pit for some guys. Oh and as per our conversation at Tech. Those new tires were freakin awesome. I would recommend them highly.

Nice run Kevin, glad those tires worked out for you guys. What are your plans for the next race?

Yeah right Jeff. Also looking at the SNORE 250. One of those 2 are a go for us. Car has not been touched since the race. I just got back tonight after being on a family vacation for 10 days.

Curious to see to see how the events of last night effect the MORE race in September. Gonna try to be there anyways.
