Sorry for the late response. Finally decided to take some shots as I was starting to load up for next weekends SNORE 250. So here she is with 10 tires on the rack and ready for pit boxes. The only item not completed is the diamond plate on top of the boxes. Temp 3/4 plywood will do til next trip. Hope you guys like.

Nice! I have a Carson trailer as well, I was looking to do the same thing on mine except I haft to widden the rear section for an extra wide car.
Cross threading is as tight as Loctite

I want to say I spent about $600 total. The material to extend the trailer was expensive. The box material was cheap in comparison.

Cool functional trailer for sure. Like IT!

We purchased on those older Penske trailers where they flame cut it down the middle and cut the tongue off. I welded it all back together sleeved the crap out of it, new brake lines & wiring now we have a lighter car hauler. Its been down to Cabo since and several trips to Central OR.

I like yours alot better, 8) WAY mo easier to do than what I did!
