So I had a free afternoon, some 1 1/2" tube, two Hella 4000's, and one Hella HID and I built a little bumper for the HD. Before I weld it on and add the skid plates, does it look good or should I pitch the lights up higher. I wanted to keep the lights low and not in front of the radiator. I was trying to copy two other trucks that I liked and add my own touch. My wife said it looked like crap.

I kinda like it. Personally I would rotate the front tube (one holding the lights) up a few degrees so as to lift the lights a little bit though.
Have you flown in a ford lately?

So here is the finished product. Just needs to be wired and skid-plates installed. I'll swap out the spare HID with a regular 4000 since it’s a spare for my 5-car.

What HID kits are good ? I installed a Phillips kit on the truck and they have been good for two years but they were $250 for the set. I'm looking for a cheaper set.

I sell hid kits. You want 35Watt or 55Watt and what color? 35watt are $50 & 55watt are $60.

Are they priced separately or as a pair? Are they slim ballasts or regular? What watt would you recommend? Is there a lot of radio interference with these? Can you send me some info?

I can get both regular and slim. The slims are $10 more per pair. I personally would do 5k or 6k. I just got a new set of 35watt slim ballasts that might fit internally. I just haven't had a chance to try yet.
