OK!! i guess i will re start this thread. now that it will be cooling down soon and the offroad season is coming up quickly; what does everyone think of a gathering of the dirt vehicles? trucks and buggies alike need to attend. Since last year was an extreme improvement over the year before with only two of the baddest bajas showing up. lets try and make this coming meet up even more succesful. Last year was definitely better than the first. We were privaledged enough to have the crafty vetter otherwise known as steve griffith, the meteor crater magnet butch, the one footed wheelying expert otherwise known as Mr. Irvine, and of course my self Baja Blood campaigning my trustee old oval window baja. We all had a blast in our own ways. I should have my car ready with in the next two weeks. I would like to get a few people together for lucern or ocotillo. what are everyones plans in the dez.

I am 100% over the heat, if this happens to fall on a hot weekend I am OUT. Racing in the heat made me hate it! But, my car should be back together in three weeks so I am game anytime after that.

Note: I will be at the www.clean-dezert.com barstow clean-up on November 14th. Again, the morning is spent cleaning, the rest of the day driving around in Barstow. There is a band at night and Sunday we are free to do whatever. And if you are like I was last year, you can stay in a hotel! It'd be great if any/all can make it out!
